    My name is Candace and I’m a long term resident of Maryland.  I specialize in representing buyers and sellers throughout the state of Maryland.  My general area of focus is in all the cities of Prince George’s County; however I’m very familiar with Montgomery and Charles Counties.  I’m featured as a Premier Agent on Zillow and Trulia websites, where I make myself available to assist prospective buyers and sellers that find homes of interest.  Also I introduce my buyers to an experienced Financial Expert and Loan Officer(s) that can get them pre-approved quickly.

    Professional Experience:

    I received my Real Estate license for Residential sales in 2004 and combined with my experience in the Property Management industry, I have over 15 years of expertise in this field.  In addition, I have been certified as a Rental and Relocation Specialist.  I have assisted several Renters from the beginning to the end of the process in searching for a home, completing the rental application and finalizing the execution of a lease.  Also I have successfully closed several listing transactions with Sellers and Landlords as well.  Listing homes for sell or rent is a facet of the Real Estate industry I’m most passionate about and it is what I have focused on most in my career.  I’m very detailed oriented with the homes I list, from marketing through Open Houses and Internet, to negotiating the best sales or rental price that benefits my clients and finally closing the deal by meeting the client’s goal is what I do best.
